TPXimpact is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions. You will work on complex projects, contributing to architecture and improving systems, while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices across cross-functional teams.

You will influence CI/CD adoption, collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps and QA, and drive secure, scalable software delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across design, development, testing and deployment of software systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps with CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, scalable software solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps and QA to meet requirements.
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead code reviews to improve team performance and quality.
