Capgemini is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to shape scalable, business-critical solutions within its Cloud & Custom Applications practice. You will collaborate across teams, influence technical direction and contribute to future-ready, AI-aware delivery in a dynamic Agile environment.

The role combines work across company offices, client sites, and home offices in a hybrid model, with no 100% remote option. Strong senior full-stack capabilities and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in full stack development for enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Proficiency with Angular, Java/JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, Spring Boot, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, scalable application solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into technical outcomes.
  • Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making for maintainability.
  • Champion engineering excellence through quality-focused development and testing.
  • Support delivery within Agile teams and promote collaboration.
  • Mentor teammates and engage stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
