Job summary

State Street in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Asset development team. This hands-on role builds end-to-end product experiences across Java backends and modern web UIs for regulated financial services workflows.

You will design RESTful APIs, work with React/Vue/Angular front-ends, and collaborate across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver robust, scalable digital asset platforms with strong security and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-stack applications in regulated environments such as financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and related modules (web, security, data).
• Strong background building RESTful APIs and microservice-style backends.
• Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features spanning Java backend services and web UI components.
• Build and evolve REST APIs and service integrations to support digital asset workflows.
• Develop responsive front-ends using React/Vue/Angular for financial services users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative releases.
• Implement automated testing and contribute to CI/CD, logging, and production reliability.
