Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize FX real-time risk infrastructure for performance and high availability.
• Drive technical deliverables and champion modern development practices.
• Provide architectural input and contribute to the technical strategy during modernization.
• Collaborate to set design standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Serve as SME for FX Options Trading desk, translating requirements into software designs.
• Act as technical partner to front-office stakeholders for rapid troubleshooting.
• Assess risk for architectural decisions, ensuring security, scalability, and stability.
• Contribute hands-on as a primary engineer using our stack (Java, Couchbase, Kafka, Storm).
• Solve real-time risk calculation and large-concurrency data-flow challenges.
