Responsibilities

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues; ensure system stability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices.
- Implement modern engineering standards, including CI/CD and DevOps.
- Support system integration across multiple applications and services.
- Continuously improve user experience and application performance.
- Monitor, operate, and optimize production systems in a cloud environment.
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support on a rotational/on-demand basis.
