Qualifications

Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Years of Java 8+ knowledge.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases and query optimisation.
Strong product mindset focused on customer experience and data-driven decisions.
Experience designing, deploying and maintaining clean RESTful APIs.
Adheres to best coding practices, code reviews and open feedback.
Experience with testable code and Test Driven Development.
Spring Boot experience (nice to have).
Backend-for-Frontend experience (nice to have).

Responsibilities

Drive the technical vision for the backend powering the recipient’s user experience.
Help scale-up and build a world-class recipient management product.
