Job summary

Cambridge Design Partnership (CDP) seeks an experienced leader to guide multidisciplinary teams in the development of in vitro diagnostic devices and life science tools. You will oversee technical delivery, mentor staff, and drive client engagements from Cambridge with occasional international travel.

Applicants should have deep knowledge of IVD markets, systems design for complex biochemical assays, and experience leading large development programs, including account management and client

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device development is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of IVDR, MDR and ISO13485 is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of client projects to high technical quality
• Mentor and develop team knowledge in IV diagnostics
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across UK and USA
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Present to clients at conferences and events
