Job summary

This highly influential individual contributor role guides architecture, secure software development, and technology strategy across the Clinical Systems Development organization.
You will mentor engineers, influence regulatory-compliant practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for laboratories worldwide.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience developing commercial software in regulated environments (IVD/healthcare).
- Proven ability to lead architecture and engineering strategy.
- Experience with software verification, validation, traceability, and risk management.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior technical authority for clinical and diagnostic software systems.
- Lead evaluation and design of architectures balancing performance, maintainability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide development practices including verification, validation, and cybersecurity.
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps and governance activities.
