Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and enhance ITSM platforms to underpin service delivery.
• Deliver engineering tasks within defined work packages with security in mind.
• Contribute to architecture, integration, and lifecycle activities.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
