Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Vendor Manager / Supplier Relationship Manager to lead relationships with IT vendors and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs. You will work with executive stakeholders to govern services, manage risks, and drive continual improvement in a complex, multi-supplier environment.

The role emphasizes governance, performance management, and cross‑supplier coordination with on-site duties in West London. Strong ITSM and ITIL background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery or Supplier Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors or outsourcing partners.
• Demonstrated experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and supplier performance.
• Experience conducting vendor governance and service review meetings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic IT vendors and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; produce reports and scorecards.
• Support Monthly Service Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Assess and manage supplier risks; ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Coordinate service delivery across multiple suppliers to ensure end-to-end outcomes.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board activities and review supplier changes.
