Job summary

Pesaro Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead IT operating model design and transformation for client engagements. You will work with CIOs and senior IT leaders to shape how services are structured, delivered and governed, balancing onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery and advising on outsourcing options.

The role combines strategic operating model expertise with practical delivery experience across applications, data and infrastructure, with a focus on AI governance and AI

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing or transforming IT operating models for large or complex organisations.
• Significant IT consulting experience, ideally in a Big Four or leading technology/management consultancy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with CIOs and senior executives.
• Knowledge of onshore, nearshore, offshore and outsourced delivery models.
• Experience establishing or designing an AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of target IT operating models aligned with business strategy.
• Define IT service delivery strategy for onshore/nearshore/offshore.
• Support IT service management capabilities, governance and processes.
• Design and improve end-to-end IT processes across applications, data, infrastructure.
• Define roles, governance structures and ownership within target operating model.
• Assist clients in creating practical transformation roadmaps.
