ERSG Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Contract Manager – IT & Telco to join a busy Procurement & Commercial team, supporting a portfolio of IT programmes and projects.

This role focuses on contract management, commercial negotiations, supplier performance and providing pragmatic commercial guidance to IT stakeholders.

Working pattern is hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous value improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT and/or Telecoms contracts.
• Strong drafting and interpretation of commercial terms.
• Experience with supplier performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
• Experience in large or regulated environments would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage IT and Telecoms contracts across a diverse supplier landscape.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract administration.
• Draft, review and negotiate contractual agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual commitments.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal IT stakeholders.
• Provide commercial guidance across IT programmes and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve value and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with governance, policies and regulatory requirements.
