Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking three experienced Contract Managers to support the sourcing and management of IT and Telco services. Roles are Reading or Havant with 2-3 days on site and Inside IR35, for an initial 6-month contract with potential extension.

You'll lead contracting activities, draft and negotiate terms, and work alongside Procurement, Legal, Cyber and Category teams to deliver procurement objectives while driving cost efficiencies and managing commercial risk.

Qualifications

• IT procurement and contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT contracts and drafting terms.
• Proven negotiation experience with Tier 1 technology suppliers.
• Cyber security or Telco experience is desirable.
• Stakeholder management across Legal, Project, Data Protection and suppliers.
• Ability to manage complex contractual environments and mitigate risks.
• Methodical and process-driven with strong commercial and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and contracting activities for IT and Telco services.
• Develop contracting and negotiation strategies with Procurement and Cyber teams.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Drive cost efficiencies and value for money while mitigating risk.
• Support supplier relationship and performance management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to achieve procurement objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
