Job summary

OsecoElfab is seeking a Tier III Support Technician to provide advanced IT support and act as an escalation point for complex issues. This role collaborates with the Global IT Manager and Halma IT to ensure alignment with standards and global direction.

You will diagnose root causes, implement long-term fixes, and support servers, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery activities. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Tier II/III support or systems support.
• Experience in IT helpdesk/service management and ticketing.
• Strong Windows server/desktop troubleshooting and Active Directory.
• Ability to work independently and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for Tier II support for complex issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Support servers, virtualization platforms, and core infrastructure.
• Lead technical execution of IT projects as directed.
