Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking an experienced IT Technician – Level III to join its London team. In this role, you will act as a senior escalation point, providing advanced technical support across systems, software, and hardware while mentoring junior technicians.

Your responsibilities include providing Tier III technical support for complex issues and overseeing helpdesk operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of corporate IT experience and a CompTIA A+ certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate IT support experience.
• 3+ years of corporate IT experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier III technical support for complex IT issues.
• Act as primary escalation point for helpdesk tickets.
• Oversee helpdesk operations and monitor ticket queues.
• Train and mentor Level I & II IT Technicians.
