Job summary

VE3 in Maidenhead, United Kingdom, seeks a hands-on Senior IT Systems Engineer to support and secure our Microsoft 365 environment and corporate devices. You will manage Intune, Entra ID, MFA, CA, and device provisioning, while collaborating with colleagues in the UK and India to keep services reliable and secure.

This is an individual contributor role focusing on technical delivery, ticket ownership, and process improvement, with no people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a systems engineer or senior IT support in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Intune, Autopilot and Entra ID.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and PowerShell scripting abilities.
• Good communication and thorough technical documentation.
• Ability to work with remote teams across UK and India.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Manage Intune for laptops and mobile devices, including provisioning and compliance policies.
• Implement MFA, Conditional Access and zero-trust style access controls.
• Respond to IT tickets, provide remote end-user support and ensure timely resolutions.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and maintain documentation.
