Job summary

Forterro is seeking an IT Systems Business Analyst in London to join our Enterprise IT Applications team. You will analyse and document business requirements, align with transformation programs, and collaborate with stakeholders, IT leadership and partners to deliver scalable, robust business solutions.

You will elicit, document and validate BRDs and functional specs, engage stakeholders, and drive process improvements across CRM, ERP and finance systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis for CRM, Finance, ERP and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (BABOK, UML, BPMN).
• Experience supporting projects during business transformations including M&A integration and change management.
• Experience with on-prem to SaaS migrations, especially internal use software and Office 365.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data migrations, security, governance and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to elicit, document and manage business and technical requirements including BRDs and functional specs.
• Experience in process mapping and reengineering to improve efficiency.
• Strong data modelling, analysis and reporting skills.
• Analytical problem solving and ability to implement corrective actions.
• Understanding of financial principles and ability to analyse project-related financial data.
• Leadership and mentoring of junior analysts in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders; create BRDs and functional specs.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate regular communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse current business processes and identify improvements; implement change initiatives.
• Analyse complex data sets and prepare actionable reports for decision making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions aligned to business goals.
• Support change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Develop and execute test plans; conduct UAT and ensure quality standards.
• Assist project managers with planning, documentation and reporting.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training; provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
• Implement governance to align with organisational policies.
