About the role:

Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? As a Senior IT Support Technician at Proman, you'll be at the heart of our technology operations. You'll manage technical escalations, oversee IT assets, and ensure our data remains secure and private. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our strategic goals and maintaining seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Design, install, and maintain cutting-edge IT infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Technical Support Escalations: Be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues, providing top-notch support for software and hardware components.
  • Proactive Fault Identification & Reporting: Stay ahead of potential issues, preventing them from escalating and ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Asset Management: Keep our IT assets in check, from hardware and software to licenses, ensuring everything is up-to-date and well-maintained.
  • Data Security and Privacy: Safeguard our systems and data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability at all times.

About you:

Qualifications:

  • Relevant IT courses (e.g., Level 2 Certificate in ICT Systems Support, Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence).
  • ITSM or ITIL Foundation V3 and above.
  • At least one valid technical certification (e.g., Microsoft certifications).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in technical support, with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Experience/ exposure to Azure cloud technology such as intune, Azure Virtual Machines and/or Azure managed instances.
  • Proven track record in a technical support or problem resolution team.
