Role Overview

We are seeking an independent Senior IT Support Specialist to join our London office. You will work within an Apple device environment, with Google Workspace. Your role will be to act as the go-to person in the London office (our headquarters) to support the organization with IT support-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our internal helpdesk service for software & hardware configuration, hardware purchases and repairs, licenses, SaaS access, etc.
• Plan for budgeting and purchase of hardware and licenses, manage suppliers, and optimize budgets.
• Manage MDM for company workstations and mobile devices.
• Regularly audit software and licenses.
• Configure and manage SaaS Management Automation Workflows.
• Manage security of end-user devices, antivirus setup.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Write IT support documentation for employees.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Advanced user of Apple software and hardware.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence), and Mobile Device Management.
• Independent, responsible, and able to make decisions quickly.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, organized, with good planning and time management skills.
