Job summary

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting a private sector client in search of a Senior IT Support Engineer (1st - 3rd Line). The role is onsite five days a week at Central London location, delivering hands-on IT support across applications, infrastructure and end-user technologies to guarantee excellent service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive 1st-3rd line experience in finance/insurance, strong Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Intune skills, and a track record of IT and cyber

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support in a finance/insurance background.
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience delivering IT and cyber security projects.
• Extensive customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Cybersecurity Analyst Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate) desirable
• ITIL Foundation or CISSP desirable
