Job summary

Summer-Browning Associates is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide onsite 1st-3rd line support across applications, infrastructure and end-user technologies in Central London. You will ensure the effective delivery of IT services and a superior user experience for a private sector client in finance/insurance.

The role requires hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, delivery of IT and cybersecurity projects, and strong customer service with stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support in a finance/insurance sector.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Experience delivering IT and cybersecurity projects.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in MS Azure/Endpoint/Identity or ITIL/CISSP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support across applications, infrastructure and end-user technologies.

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our private sector client, who is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer (1st - 3rd Line Support).

Location: x5 days per week onsite - Central London

About the role: You will be responsible for providing onsite IT support across applications, infrastructure and end-user technologies, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and an excellent user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Senior IT Support Engineer support, with the following skills and experience:

• Experience providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support in a finance/ insurance background.
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune technologies.
• Experience delivering IT and cyber security projects.
• Extensive customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Certified - Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified - Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified -Cybersecurity Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified - Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified - Security Operations Analyst Associate, ITIL Foundation or CISSP (Desirable)
