Job summary

KeolisAmey Metrolink (KAM) is recruiting an experienced IT Support Technician to provide high-quality technical support across a busy operational business in the UK. The role involves supporting users, maintaining core IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to infrastructure and business improvement projects.

The role reports to the IT Manager and covers technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, security, and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or Systems Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second-line IT support to users across the business.
• Log, update and manage tickets in Agility ITSM.
• Perform daily checks on IT systems and resolve issues.
• Monitor IT systems' health and performance; escalate when needed.
• Assist with IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and projects.
• Promote and adhere to IT security policies.
