Job summary
Yorkshire Water is seeking an IT Senior Project Manager to drive delivery of complex technology projects, govern budgets, risks and benefits, and influence senior stakeholders. You will work across architecture, cyber security and service teams to ensure secure and resilient solutions while guiding delivery roadmaps and investment plans.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure governance and change control are robust throughout project
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex technology projects or digital transformations.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, delivery methodologies and governance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex technology projects from mobilisation to handover.
- Provide technical leadership across systems and software development.
- Develop delivery roadmaps, priorities and investment plans.
- Build relationships with operational, engineering and technology teams.
- Act as primary TECH contact for assigned projects and programmes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and partners.
- Ensure governance, risk, quality and change control processes are effective.
- Work with cyber security, data and service teams to ensure resilient solutions.
- Support business case development, procurement and evaluations.
- Monitor delivery performance, budgets and benefits realization.
- Ensure business readiness, training and operational transition.
