Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP environment.
• Proven experience in project delivery and technical escalation.
• Solid knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and implement IT projects including cloud migrations.
• Resolve escalated support tickets involving complex issues.
• Provide leadership for business-critical technical problems.
