Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking an IT Programme Manager to lead end-to-end strategic programmes, including Oracle Fusion integration. The role manages four direct reports and contractors, with a Solihull base two days a week and occasional Stevenage travel, starting in September.

You will set the programme scope, governance, budgets and benefits realisation within the SPMO, partner with sponsors and stakeholders, coach Project Managers, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex programmes in transformation, technology or business change environments.
• Demonstrable leadership of multiple Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, controls and assurance.
• Experience managing significant budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Experience operating within portfolio, programme or PMO environments.
• Strong commercial, financial and delivery management capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
