Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking an IT Programme Manager to lead and deliver strategic programmes across multiple interdependent projects. The role involves directing a team of Project Managers and contractors, driving governance, benefits realisation and delivery excellence within the SPMO.

The role requires hands-on management, strong leadership, and experience in Oracle Fusion integration. Base salary up to £90k with bonus, car allowance and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex programmes.
• Demonstrable leadership of multiple Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, controls and assurance.
• Experience managing significant budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes and multiple workstreams.
• Define and maintain programme scope, objectives and milestones.
• Develop integrated programme plans with schedules, dependencies and benefits.
• Ensure programme delivery aligns with business cases and strategic outcomes.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across the portfolio.
• Provide line management, coaching and leadership to Project Managers.
