Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to deliver multiple bespoke application or platform projects within a transforming business. You will bring structure, pace, and authority from day one, coordinating timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. The role is based near Stevenage, Hertfordshire with initial on-site presence twice weekly.

Start date 1 October. Daily rate £500 inside IR35, paid via umbrella.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivering bespoke application or platform projects - Software as a service focus.
• Excellent leadership, planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• Highly skilled in managing tricky, shifting timelines.
• Outstanding stakeholder management across complex environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the assigned IT projects, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Engage with 3rd party partners and internal teams.
• Drive project structure, governance, and reporting.
• Build and manage detailed plans, schedules, and critical timelines.
• Navigate complex stakeholder groups and influence outcomes.
• Oversee service readiness and smooth transition to BAU
