Job summary

Langham Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 100 housebuilder for a Programme Manager with COINS ERP experience to lead large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes.

You'll manage governance, roadmaps, budgets and reporting across COINS ERP, procurement, finance and operations, coordinating multiple workstreams with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure successful adoption.

This remote role offers up to 12% bonus and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Must have experience working in a PM, Programme or Business Change role on COINS ERP projects.
• Experience delivering COINS ERP implementations, upgrades, and business change initiatives.
• Experience delivering ERP implementations, enterprise system migrations, software delivery, or integration/digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes across the Business Systems portfolio.
• Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, controls and reporting processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across business operations, enterprise systems and technology platforms.
• Own programme roadmaps, reporting, budgets and delivery plans.
• Produce Board, Executive and Steering Committee reporting.
• Coordinate Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Technical Teams and third-party suppliers.
• Manage programme risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, driving mitigation activities.
• Drive business change, stakeholder readiness, communications and benefits realisation.
