Job summary

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager to shape and deliver the company’s IT strategy while taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations.

You will guide infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support in a manufacturing context, collaborating with the parent company for alignment. You will lead the IT team, drive governance and change management, and own the cybersecurity program including ISO 27001 accreditation, ensuring value from IT

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in manufacturing or global business environments.
• Proven track record delivering IT strategy and governance frameworks.
• Strong experience with cybersecurity programs and ISO 27001 accreditation.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and IT procurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
