Job summary

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking a senior IT leader to shape and deliver the organisation's IT strategy while maintaining accountability for day-to-day IT operations. You will lead the IT function, drive governance, cybersecurity, and change management across a manufacturing environment, reporting to senior leadership.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership, including ISO 27001 accreditation, risk management, and capability development across teams and sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior IT leadership with accountability for an organisation-wide IT function.
• Experience delivering IT strategy, governance and cybersecurity programmes.
• Experience with ISO 27001 accreditation and information security.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the IT strategy aligned with business objectives and group direction.
• Lead IT governance, change management and IT integration with the parent company.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, security, and end-user support across sites.
• Own disaster recovery, business continuity and service delivery against SLAs.
• Budget, vendor management and procurement of IT systems and services.
• Develop and mentor the IT team, including succession planning.
