Job summary

Cambridge Intelligence is seeking an IT and ISMS Coordinator to lead the ISO 27001 programme and oversee IT operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the internal ISO team, drive audit readiness, maintain the risk register, and ensure ongoing compliance while supporting day-to-day IT services for employees.

The role requires hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, policy implementation, audit preparation, and strong collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• ISO 27001 expertise and audit leadership experience.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and policy implementation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation and continual improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) and IT operations.
• Manage the full ISO audit life cycle and own the risk register and treatment plan.
• Provide day-to-day IT support and lifecycle management of equipment.
• Prepare for internal and external ISO audits and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with staff at all levels.
• Oversee Google Workspace and MS 365 administration and device management.
