Maintain the security of our force IT infrastructure!

Technology is ever evolving, and we are too. To ensure we’re at the forefront of emerging technologies and innovations, we are expanding our IT team. This allows us to continually improve our services, working together to keep our officers, staff, and communities safe.

As our Senior IT Network & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for all major aspects of the IT network and security for our force.

You will provide high levels of support to identify and minimise adverse effects, ensuring the best possible service levels are maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for network and security incidents
2. Monitoring the safety and security of force networks
3. Managing problems related to IT networks and security, identifying root causes of incidents, and resolving them

The Must Haves

1. Experience implementing and maintaining IT network and security components
2. Understanding of IT networking and security technologies and their implementation
3. Experience investigating and managing incidents, escalations, and disaster recovery
