We are a specialist provider of resources to the Property & Associated Technology markets, partnering with a niche, award-winning digital consultancy that develops bespoke solutions for clients in Property Services, Facilities Management, and Real Estate.

Role Purpose

The role involves working within an agile framework to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies. Daily activities include gathering and documenting user requirements, developing user stories and estimates, preparing documentation, designing and testing applications, peer reviewing code, supporting deployment, developing integrations, analyzing and resolving issues, and providing third-level support.

Essential Skills

• Experience building .NET/.NET Core web applications in C#
• .NET/Entity Framework/React frameworks
• ASP.NET Core, Web Forms, MVC
• APIs/Web Services
• Knowledge of Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Web Apps)

Nice to Have

• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, React JS)
• SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL scripting
• SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Knowledge of Python, Flask, Kafka, Git, Postman, Swagger
• Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum practices
• Understanding of client/server development, unit testing, relational databases
• Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience in Property Services or related fields
