Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. The Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer will provide 1st/2nd line IT support across Reply’s UK business, covering Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.

The role requires strong security practices, SC clearance is preferred, and occasional on-site support at Reply’s UK offices in London or Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary 1st/2nd line IT support contact for internal staff.
• Provide day-to-day support for laptops and mobile devices.
• Administer Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), including enrolment and MFA.
• Perform routine tasks like password resets, OS patching, and device policy troubleshooting.
• Investigate security alerts using Defender for Endpoint and related tools.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for incident resolution.
• Provide occasional on-site support at Reply’s UK offices.
