Job summary

SL-Complete Limited is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to administer, manage and maintain our hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security across our environments. You will optimise assets and collaborate with other teams to deliver robust systems and services that enhance user and client experience.

The role requires flexibility, on-call rotation, and occasional travel between datacentres in Elland and Stockport.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a corporate IT environment including servers, networks and storage.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server roles and key apps like AD, Exchange, IIS and SQL Server.
• Familiar with VM clusters, storage and firewall technologies in data-centre contexts.
• Ability to travel between datacentres in Elland and Stockport when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage and maintain hardware and software infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other teams and undertake project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Support and participate in on-call/off-hours as part of the rota.
