Job summary

Gold Group is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator in Cheltenham to provide expert guidance, design and administration for core business infrastructure. The role supports 24/7 service delivery, ongoing system improvements and collaboration with vendors.

The successful candidate will manage VMware, storage, Citrix, Windows Server, SQL Server and Linux environments, with on-call duties and adherence to ISO20000/27001 principles.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide technical guidance and design for core infrastructure.
• Experience delivering 24/7 service with on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with ISO20000 and ISO27001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert systems administration guidance to management.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and applications.
• Lead on complex infrastructure projects and on-call duties.
• Collaborate with vendors for support and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to service management standards.
