What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring and managing Infrastructure environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Designing and delivering complex end-to-end Infrastructure solutions either collaboratively or independently.
• Balancing responsibilities effectively between BAU, improvement work, and projects.
• Responding to and resolving urgent escalations.
• Supporting the team with guidance and mentorship.

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

• Expert knowledge in infrastructure management, including Windows and Linux server environments, virtual hosts, hybrid cloud configurations, and backup solutions.
• A problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in dynamic IT environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels and liaise directly with senior management.
• Leadership abilities to help guide and support team members.
• A commitment to continuous learning, staying ahead of the latest infrastructure trends and applying them to improve our systems.

Working hours

37.5 hours Monday – Friday, with one day in the office a week.
