Join to apply for the SENIOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER role at Allies and Morrison

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure and networking support engineer to join our team to deliver 3 rd line technology infrastructure support across the practice, as well as providing practical and technical support in resolving escalated issues.

You will proactively monitor alerts across various systems to identify potential or developing problems and recommend appropriate action. Acting as an advisor and technical problem solver, you will provide solutions and perform root cause analysis for varying escalated technical enquiries and issues.

You will deliver exceptional service, supporting the introduction and implementation of any new systems, technologies and projects in consultation with the Allies and Morrison Design Technology Team, undertaking regular analysis of technological advances in order to contribute to our evolving use of technology within the practice.

You will contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence, developing and inspiring less experienced team members to strengthen their problem-solving skills and explore new technologies.

You will have practical experience and excellent understanding of VMWare, Veeam Backup, switch and firewall installation, Windows Operating System, Active Directory, Group Policy, other core Windows features. You will also be familiar with cloud-based services and platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
