Job summary

RHR is a fast-growing, multi-site retail business with around 90 stores across the UK and Ireland. This role sits in a small, collaborative IT team supporting stores, Head Office, and warehouse operations, with a broad mix of hands-on infrastructure engineering and project delivery.

You’ll coordinate IT readiness for new store openings and refurbishments, deliver POS rollouts, support networking, servers, Microsoft 365, and end-user tech, and mentor the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and Windows Desktop in a retail multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and technical problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT readiness for new store openings and refurbishments.
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure across the estate (stores, Head Office, warehouse).
• Deliver infrastructure and POS rollouts, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
