Job summary

Office in London is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (Infrastructure and Security) to join our Core Engineering and Support teams. You will help deliver secure, reliable infrastructure, networking, server, endpoint, and data services that support Head Office, stores, and warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes resolving security gaps, maintaining core systems, and ensuring stable service delivery across 90+ retail stores and HO users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and support.
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Hands‑on VMware/Hyper‑V, patching, and secure configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and FTP servers/applications.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secure, reliable infrastructure, networking, server, endpoint, and data services.
• Support Head Office, stores, warehouse operations, and third‑party vendors.
• Monitor performance, resolve incidents and vulnerabilities, and ensure stable service delivery.
