Job summary

University of Cambridge seeks a Senior IT & AV Engineer to provide expert IT and AV support and to act as a senior escalation point for staff, students, Fellows and guests. You will contribute to operating, maintaining and developing College IT provision and collaborate with UIS, suppliers and contractors.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with core hours 10am-4pm and some flexibility; it is an in-person position with a salary of £36,000–£40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT and AV services in an institutional setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT/AV issues and provide escalation support.
• Strong understanding of meeting-room technology and room systems.
