What You'll Do

We seek experienced, passionate, and creative Solution Architects with domain knowledge in the Insurance sector to help unlock our clients' digital potential and ignite change. We also welcome applicants from other domains eager to learn and develop within the Insurance sector.

You will work with a collaborative team to evaluate and coach client technology teams, define technology strategies, architect solutions, and design future systems. You will develop and grow by tackling complex challenges daily, creating innovative digital and technology concepts, and supporting technical implementations both actively and on-site, applying your technical expertise, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills.

What You'll Bring

• 5-10 years of experience in IT architecture, digital delivery, or technology consulting
• Experience in the consulting industry
• Experience in the Insurance domain is highly desirable; applications from other domains are welcome to learn and develop within Insurance
• Experience leveraging emerging technologies in the Insurance domain
• Expertise in defining target architectures and knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with data management, security, governance, databases, and integration
• Experience with cloud solutions, AI, and microservices
• Experience in reporting and analytics is a plus
• University degree in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration with above-average academic performance

Language Requirements:

• London-based candidates: Fluent in English
• Netherlands-based candidates: Fluent in English; Dutch is highly desirable
• Belgium-based candidates: Fluent in English; French or Flemish as additional requirements
