What You'll Do

At BCG Platinion, we're eager to engage experienced, passionate, and creative IT Architects to help unlock our clients' digital potential and ignite change. We build unique solutions for the complexities our clients face, while providing opportunities to explore and grow.

As a Lead IT Architect focused on CRM and Enterprise Solutions, you will advise clients on technology strategies, ensuring flexibility and scalability in CRM architectures. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining business-aligned CRM strategies across sales, service, and marketing functions to optimize customer journeys.
  2. Evaluating and recommending CRM solutions from platforms such as Salesforce, SAP CX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and Zoho based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Analyzing and reimagining end-to-end processes (Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, Customer Support) to maximize CRM value.
  4. Building compelling business cases for CRM transformation initiatives, demonstrating ROI and tangible outcomes for clients.
  5. Collaborating with client teams to drive organizational change, ensuring user adoption and process alignment for CRM implementations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, and develop architecture solutions. You will have end-to-end responsibility for larger, complex modules within projects, and begin to develop specialized knowledge to solve client problems. You will start to take on team lead responsibilities, demonstrate intellectual leadership, and support technical implementations both actively and on-site. Additionally, you will guide junior team members, assist with project proposals, and identify new business opportunities. Contributing to the practice area development and enhancing the BCG brand as a key team member will also be part of your role.

What You'll Bring

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in IT architecture with a focus on CRM solutions, in consulting, especially in consumer goods, industrial goods, or retail sectors.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle across sales, service, and marketing.
  • Expertise in delivering complex CRM integrations with external systems (Data Lakes, ERP, analytical platforms, messaging systems).
  • Experience with commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce) and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Understanding of legacy system integration and remediation techniques.
  • Knowledge of modern architecture patterns including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and API-led integrations.
  • Deep understanding of various integration patterns and business processes like Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, and Marketing.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing teams and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel globally.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • University degree in a scientific, IT, or business field with above-average academic performance.
