Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior ISV Partner Development Manager to own and grow a portfolio of ISV partnerships across EMEA from London. You will shape joint GTM strategies, serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executives, and drive measurable revenue and Marketplace adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences (VP/C-level).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules.
• Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner portfolio for ISVs across the EMEA region in a specific category; act as the single-threaded leader.
• Develop deep understanding of each partner's business and growth ambitions; guide success on AWS.
• Craft and deliver partnership narratives; position AWS as the partner's cloud of choice.
• Drive AWS Marketplace adoption and co-sell motions; enable procurement simplification and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies aligned to AWS priorities; coordinate with AWS teams across EMEA.
• Identify new opportunities and translate them into joint value propositions; influence internal stakeholders.
• Build executive relationships at VP/C-level; align on priorities and escalations.
• Mentor peers and share best practices to improve team performance.
