A leading engineering consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Functional Safety Engineer to support ISO 26262:2018 activities across multiple domains such as Assisted Driving and Vehicle Motion. Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional safety engineering, specifically in Assisted & Automated Driving, Body Control, or Vehicle Motion.
• 3+ years of experience in functional safety engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 26262:2018.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ISO 26262:2018 work products as outlined in the Functional Safety Plan.
• Maintain key safety artifacts, including Item Definitions and Functional Safety Requirements.
• Lead the development of Integration, Verification & Validation test specifications.
