Based in Waterlooville, Hampshire with a hybrid work model, you will lead hardware optimization, manage cross-functional projects, and oversee product lifecycle management for multi-component devices.

The role requires strong project leadership, PCB design experience (Altium Designer), and a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware optimization and involve root cause analysis for existing products.
• Manage cross-functional change and optimization projects across electronics design and manufacturing.
• Oversee product lifecycle management and release processes for new/modified products.
• Document firmware and software changes and maintain technical files and specs.
• Capture test data and assess launch readiness and risk mitigation.
• Maintain relationships with electronics suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Resolve product quality issues and support ECN releases with Validation.
