Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an IoT Product Manager in Waterlooville, Hampshire, to lead hardware development, PLM and sustaining engineering for devices across 80+ countries.

You will bridge NPD and PLM, drive design changes, audits, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing partners in a globally distributed matrix. The role offers hybrid working and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience across the full product development lifecycle in a matrixed, multi-national organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware optimization and sustaining engineering across multi-component devices.
• Drive cross-functional engineering projects with Supply Chain, QA, IT and Marketing.
• Oversee PLM, release management and ECN documentation.
• Govern firmware and software modifications across connected devices.
• Ensure QA and regulatory compliance for international/regional standards.
• Collaborate with external electronics suppliers, contract manufacturers, and assembly partners.
