Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to drive hardware innovation across 80+ countries. Based in Waterlooville, Hampshire (Hybrid), you will lead development, optimization and lifecycle management of advanced electronics products.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Electronics Engineer across the full product lifecycle.
• Hands-on PCB design with Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, testing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware optimization and root-cause analysis.
• Head cross-functional change projects across design and manufacturing.
• Manage technical release and product approval processes.
• Document firmware and software modification control.
• Maintain specs, variant packs, and test data reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality.
