Barclays is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer for Identity Services to build cutting-edge native iOS authentication features for millions of customers in our mobile banking app.

You will work with biometric authentication, secure enclaves, and modern Swift frameworks, leveraging AI-assisted development to accelerate innovation, in collaboration with security, backend, and product design teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced iOS development with Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, and app architectures present.
• IAM concepts, OAuth2/OIDC integration with backend services.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to speed iOS work.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver high-quality iOS software for identity features.
• Collaborate with backend, security, and product teams for secure mobile experiences.
• Implement biometric auth, key storage, certificate pinning and secure storage.
• Lead secure coding practices and automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and promote code quality across the team.
