Job summary

Rimes is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead multi-workstream client engagements in capital markets. You will own outcomes from scoping through delivery, mentor junior consultants, and represent Rimes in complex client environments.

You will collaborate across Professional Services, Product and Engineering, guiding clients through solution design, validation, and adoption of data management and investment intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of investment management, asset management, or financial data operations across multiple domains.
• Strong knowledge of data management workflows and technical considerations relevant to professional services.
• Experience leading client-facing solutioning and delivery on complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Experience mentoring junior practitioners in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Familiarity with Rimes products or similar data management or benchmarking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery across complex, multi-workstream engagements, including workshops with senior client stakeholders.
• Interpret ambiguous requirements and guide clients toward effective solutions.
• Manage scope proactively and influence clients toward pragmatic approaches.
• Design and own solution approaches for complex client use cases across asset classes.
• Lead solution design sessions and client workshops to drive clear decisions.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and review outputs to develop capability.
• Own delivery outcomes and manage risks across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive delivery and adoption.
